Taking care of your oral health is extremely important. Your oral health can affect your overall health if not properly cared for. It’s recommended to see the dentist at least twice a year. However, in between visits you need to be caring for your teeth on a daily basis.

Brushing and flossing your teeth at least twice is day is what dentists suggest. You need to use toothpaste while brushing your teeth and brush for at least two minutes. For children, you can use a timer or sing songs to help guide them on the appropriate amount of time.
